La police a lancé mardi une vaste offensive anti-drogue dans les bidonvilles du quartier de Vila Cruzeiro à Rio de Janeiro. Après cinq jours de confrontation avec les trafiquants, le bilan est d’au moins 25 morts. Nos Observateurs ont assisté à ces scènes de guérilla.
